REGULATIONS of the Serfenta store

 

§ I. INTRODUCTION

 

1. Online store operating at www.sklepserfenta.pl.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") owned by the Serfenta Association ul. 2. The Company sells goods via the Internet.

 

By making a purchase in the store, the Customer accepts the terms of these regulations.

 

§ II. Serfenta STORE OFFER

 

1. All prices presented on our website are gross prices. They do not include VAT because the owner is not a VAT payer.

 

2. The terms of promotional campaigns are announced each time, promotions are specified in time.

 

3. A limited number of products are intended for promotional sales, therefore, sales take place in the order in which confirmed orders are received, until the stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.

 

4. A fiscal receipt/receipt/invoice will be attached to the product, the possession of which is the basis for considering complaints and returns. At the customer's request, an invoice can be issued instead of a receipt. The need for an invoice should be reported when placing the order, after the receipt is issued, this will no longer be possible.

 

§ III. ACCEPTING ORDERS

 

1. Orders from Customers are accepted via the website www.sklep. serfenta.pl. Orders can be placed by phone in exceptional situations.

 

2. The condition for the order to be fulfilled is registration in the store WWW.sklep.serfenta.pl, providing your data and consenting to their processing for the purpose of making purchases. Data administration and processing is in accordance with the GDPR policy. The customer may withdraw consent at any time and delete their account in accordance with the instructions on the website. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it prevents making purchases through the store.

 

3. In the order, the customer makes:

 

- selection of ordered goods and their quantity and makes payment in accordance with the mechanisms on the website, selecting the payment method and type of shipment.

 

4. After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail with information about the acceptance of the order for fulfillment.

 

5. The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the acceptance of the order for fulfillment by the Association.

 

6. A receipt is issued for each order, an invoice is issued at the Customer's request to the indicated address. The receipt is the basis for complaints and returns. After issuing a receipt, it is no longer possible to issue an invoice. The request for an invoice should be reported when placing the order.

 

7. The store also ships goods abroad (only after selecting and accepting the costs of international shipping and after prior payment to the account).

 

§ IV. CHANGING AND CANCELLING AN ORDER

 

1. The Customer may make changes to the order or cancel the order until it is completed (i.e. until it is sent for shipping).

 

2. The above changes can be made by contacting the store's service by phone or e-mail at biuro@serfenta.pl

 

§ V. PAYMENT METHODS

 

1. The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods:

 

- cash on delivery;

- traditional bank transfer to the account;

- fast transfer

 

2. Goods with delivery outside Poland may be paid for only by bank transfer or online via a PayPal account.

 

§ VI. DELIVERY AND ORDER PROCESS

 

1. WAIT TIME = PROCESSING TIME + DELIVERY TIME

 

2. Order processing time varies depending on the product. This is the time that elapses from the acceptance of the order for processing to the moment the ordered goods are transferred in the store for shipping, using the delivery method chosen by the Customer, with only working days (Monday to Friday) being taken into account.

 

3. An order for goods with different processing times is sent after the entire order has been completed.

 

4. Order processing begins:

 

- in the case of orders paid upon receipt - personal collection at the Serfenty office - upon acceptance for processing, collection possible the following day

 

- in the case of orders paid by traditional transfer and PayPal - after the payment has been credited to the account.

 

5. Orders are delivered via Poczta Polska and courier services to the address indicated by the customer. Courier and postal shipments are carried out in accordance with the regulations of the carriers providing the services. The shipping company is responsible for any problems with the delivery of the parcel in accordance with the specified rules.

 

6. The delivery time depends on the selected delivery method:
